The most recent member of the RealSource group of companies is RealSource Development Company. This group will actively develop several types of investment properties, including multi-family and retail. There is also an interest in participating as a joint-venture partner with established developers.

RealSource Development is currently sourcing land for development in some of the target markets that have been identified by our RealSource economists, including cities in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. Properties that are developed will be marketed to RealSource clients or third parties. As good investment properties are becoming more difficult to locate, this is a prime time for RealSource to enter the development arena.
