Mike Anderson, CCIM - Founder

Michael Anderson is the Chairman, founder, co-owner and principal broker of the RealSource companies. Founded in 1989, the core focus of RealSource is helping its 5,000 plus entrepreneurial real estate investor clients find investment opportunities in emerging markets throughout the U.S.

Through that business model, RealSource has referred out over 1.3 billion dollars in completed real estate transactions over the past five years with the vast majority of that business being completed by fellow CCIM's.

Michael has served on both national and local CCIM boards. His most recent board participation has been with the national Member Services Committee and as Program Co-chair with the Utah Chapter. He is currently serving as Vice President and is the President-elect for 2009 of the Utah CCIM chapter. Additionally, the Utah CCIM Chapter voted him as the CCIM of the Year for 2007.

Mr. Anderson attended the University of Utah. He has served on many economic development and national real estate advisory boards and panels. He has been in the real estate business since 1972; his original career was land subdividing and shopping center development.

Today RealSource is involved in real estate brokering through their national referral business, tenant-in-common (TIC) sponsorship with over 6,000 apartment units under asset management, a commercial finance group which provided over $400 million in debt financing in the past 5 years and real estate insurance services.
