Robert Heninger - Equity Services

Robert, as a member of the RealSource Equity Service team, assists in the Due Diligence phase of potential new properties and the supervision of those managers who handle the day to day operations of existing RSES properties.

In addition, he is responsible for the financial and analytical reporting on those properties to our clients. Robert has extensive experience in the real estate market, including acquisition, budgeting, financial analysis and property management.

Robert has also managed manufacturing facilities in Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, Seattle and Canada in a variety of different industries. In that capacity, he was responsible for efficient day to day operations, budget preparation, financial reporting and the supervision of managers and staff. Robert holds a MBA degree from Brigham Young University.
