Stan Hanks - Commercial Loans

Stan joined RealSource Commercial in May 2001, as the Company’s principle mortgage broker. Stan has helped RealSource and non-RealSource clients obtain favorable financing for their apartment purchases around the country.

Stan has focused his expertise on financing apartment buildings with five units or more, resulting in closing over $120 million worth of apartment loans. Mr. Hanks has built relationships with national, as well as local lenders, in many of RealSource’s tour cities. Stan has been immersed in the finance arena for over 10 years.

Prior to joining RealSource Commercial, he served as Vice President of Finance for TenFold Healthcare, Inc., a software company. Prior to TenFold, Mr. Hanks served in various audit positions for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, a public accounting firm, including Audit Senior.

Stan holds a BS in accounting from the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. Mr. Hanks served as Chair of the University of Utah Business Alumni Association, and was a member of the National Advisory Board.
