John Monk - VP of Development

John brings more than 30 years of diverse real estate experience to his role at RealSource.

He began his career in the development industry, where he was involved in multifamily construction and property management. Later, he served as Senior Vice President of a Savings and Loan in Texas, where he was responsible for an $800 million portfolio of loans secured by multifamily, retail and office buildings.

Just prior to joining RealSource, he was a real estate consultant for a national consulting firm that provides advisory services to institutional clients.

John is a licensed real estate broker, and holds both a BBA degree and a Masters degree.
