Vice President of Marketing
Matt Bullock serves as the Vice President of Marketing at RealSource, bringing a wealth of experience and insights to the role. His responsibilities include leading all online efforts through websites, social media, advertising, reputation, content, and collateral for the firm's property management and investment operations.
Matt began his career in franchising, learning to promote innovation and marketing in multi-site, international operations of Kid to Kid and Basecamp Franchising. Through 2012, his role as Chief Operating Officer of the firm allowed insights into the intersection of daily, customer-facing performance and the importance of careful, consistent branding across 100+ locations.
Coming to the multifamily space in late 2012, Matt joined Cottonwood Residential to create their marketing department during a year of extraordinary growth. As the company had added 76 properties that year and numbered 35,000 apartments across 130+ sites, Matt crafted and refined the company's approach in every aspect of marketing, from online to onsite and from advertising to branding.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
