Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update (Engaging Through Social Distancing)
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, the well-being of our associates and communities is our top concern. RealSource is committed to keeping our teams informed with the most up-to-date information as provided by the CDC and public health officials.
We are steadily monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and following guidelines as recommended by the CDC. We have implemented all recommended precautionary measures in an effort to best protect the health and well-being of our residents, prospective residents, and associates. COVID-19 has brought about many feelings of discomfort, anxiety, and fear. Our hope, through our leadership, is that we can provide comfort, peace of mind, and relief for all under our guidance. As this is a rapidly changing environment, our goal is to remain informed and provide frequent updates.
Due to the recommendations set out by WHO and the CDC, we are implementing a VIRTUAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE. This will allow our teams to continue providing the best possible service while adhering to social distancing guidelines. We have developed the following options to make this the most positive experience.
VIRTUAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE
1. Video Tours: The teams have created video tours of their model homes and amenities. These videos provide a great way to virtually walk through your new apartment home and can be easily emailed or texted. These videos will also be made available on each community’s Facebook page for your convenience.
2. FaceTime Tours (Optional): FaceTime tours will also be available. If interested in scheduling a tour, please contact the leasing office. This allows our teams to interact with you, our prospective residents, while touring your new home.
3. Additional Resources: Please visit our website www.realsource.net for direct links to each of our communities’ websites. You can also visit Apartments.com to view additional photos of our communities as well as 3D virtual tours. We also highly encourage continued engagement through our social media platforms.
Though our offices will be locked, our team members will be diligently working inside to continue providing exemplary customer service to our current and prospective residents. It is our top priority to provide the best care and service we can during this unsettling time. Rest assured; we are doing everything we can to promote a positive community experience.
All community events have been temporarily canceled but will resume once our communities return to normal operations. Be on the lookout for more updates on our social media pages as we find creative ways to stay engaged. One thing we know, social distancing does not mean losing community. Let’s be #distanttogether.
